Our customers can order using our online shopping cart, by telephone, fax, and email. Calling us is the best way to guarantee that we are certain of what you need. Call 1-800-Tooling Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to reach a friendly voice. The addition of our easy-to-use shopping cart now allows you to purchase from a selection of over 16,000 products at your convenience 24/7! This new feature better enables Wood Tech to enhance on our capabilites to continue to provide the highest level of customer service and order processing our loyal customers have come to expect in our 25 years of business. If you have an established account with us you may order via shopping cart, email and have us add it to your account. As always, if you have questions - the best way to get an answer is to call us. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted on the basis of prices in effect on the date of shipment. Terms: Terms are Net 30 Days on approved open accounts from date of invoice. In addition to open accounts, we also accept cash, C.O.D., and most major credit cards. All international account terms are prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. A 1-1/2% service charge will be added to all past due accounts where allowed by law. Any account over 60 days will not be sold to until the account becomes current or is agreed upon by Wood Tech Enterprises. All collection fees are the customerâs responsibility. Freight Terms: All shipping charges shall be F.O. B. Fairview, NC. Wood Tech Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to ship the least expensive route, except when agreed upon by the purchaser and Wood Tech. Shortage or Damage: After the merchandise leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for delivery of goods. Product Guarantee: 100% Guarantee of complete satisfaction. If youâre not completely satisfied with any product we offer, simply return within 30 days for full credit or exchange. Product Returns: Wood Tech Enterprises, Inc. will accept returned products after notification to Wood Tech Enterprises, Inc. Also on the condition that the products are not damaged or altered in any way. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returned products. Credit will be issued at the price paid or current prices, whichever is lower. This applies only to standard items. Special order items cannot be cancelled after the order is placed.
