Bardo Flex Sanding Wheel Shaping Instructions

Materials Needed:

Twelve inch hardwood moulding with shape desired to sand with mitre saw cuts every 1" or less. (see photo)

Sample Procedure:

If you do nothing at all, Bardo Flex shapeable sanding wheels will take all the shape of the moulding by exerting pressure (even excessive) down on the moulding. The harder the wheel style, the longer it will take to conform. You can expedite this process by taking your 12" piece of hardwood with cuts in it and running it underneath the rotating wheel USING EXCESSIVE PRESSURE. You can burn this piece because it will be a piece of waste wood. After the wheel has taken shape, raise the head so that MINIMAL pressure is used to get the finish in production. This will maximize product life.
